FAll 2001 Currents

SRWC Public Outreach

SRWC recently participated in Harbor Monster Day at Lynn Heritage State Park, and Founders Day in Saugus to help inform the public about our efforts to improve the natural resources of the watershed.

At Harbor Monster Day, children participated in hands-on water quality sampling for pH, turbidity, and dissolved oxygen levels for water from Lynn Harbor.

During Founders Day in Saugus, SRWC’s information table was visited by adults and families, many of whom signed up for our Fall Foliage Canoe Trips along the Saugus River on 20 and 21 October.
