New Education Coordinator
Nicole Cave-Luongo has joined the Saugus River Watershed Council to develop education programs throughout the watershed and assist on special projects. This fall, she is developing school programs within the Town Line Brook Watershed (see article below). Once those programs are in place, she will begin developing a salt marsh ecology program for Rumney Marsh in spring 2002. With Nicoles efforts, the Council will soon be providing quality environmental educational programs throughout the Saugus River watershed.
Nicoles experience includes working for the Metropolitan District Commission as Supervisor of Education and Interpretation where she oversaw public and school educational programming throughout the MDC. Nicole has also worked as a high school biology teacher and a college science instructor.Nicole is excited about her new position and is open to new ideas about educational programming. Please feel free to contact her at (781) 233-5046 or nicolecave99@yahoo.com
