Srping 2002 Currents

SRWC Holds 2002 Annual Meeting

Approximately 75 members and friends joined the Saugus River Watershed Council for our Annual Meeting and Dinner at Prince Restaurant in Saugus on 4 April 2002.

This year’s event featured a slide show by SRWC Executive Director, Joan LeBlanc, highlighting public access opportunities and natural resources in the Saugus River watershed. The Council presented River Stewardship Awards to:

Larry Gil for long-term dedication to addressing environmental issues in the Saugus River watershed.

Karyl Stoia for long-term contributions as a volunteer water quality monitor and active member of the Saugus River Watershed Council. Shown here with Mary Kinsell, SRWC Board.
